Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Slate Technologies Pty Ltd ("Slate", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our platform and services (the "Services").

Fees and Payment

Refunds
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, and MSA, constitute the agreement between you and Slate.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
